Team Rubicon Canada (TR Canada) is a veteran-led humanitarian organization, built to serve communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Our people, known as Greyshirts, are the cornerstone of our mission and success. We are committed to fostering an environment that embodies the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B)—inclusive of beliefs, cultural backgrounds, job experiences, thoughts, and ideas—across all aspects of our operations.
We are seeking a Manager, Development who can build meaningful relationships, identify new funding opportunities, and help grow the support needed to advance our mission. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will play a key role in driving donor engagement, stewarding corporate and community partners, managing grant opportunities, and supporting fundraising initiatives across the organization. You will oversee donor prospecting and stewardship activities, fundraising reporting and analytics, donation processing, and partner engagement through events and service opportunities.
The right person is a self-starter and team player with strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate effectively with donors, partners, volunteers, and staff. Our culture requires individuals foolish enough to think they can change the world and competent enough to have a chance. Every day is a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities. This position can be hybrid or remote with occasional travel required.

- Oversee donation processing, donor records, receipting, and data integrity to ensure an excellent donor experience.
- Manage third-party fundraising platforms and support fundraising campaigns in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Represent Team Rubicon Canada at donor, community, and partner events and support Team Service Days as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
