What is Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs?

The role is expected to ensure good public and government relations for day-to-day operations of the company with relevant stakeholders, including government departments, law enforcement agencies, PTA Zonal Office(s) and other Government Authorities.

The role reports directly to the Regional Head Corporate & Regulatory Affairs (South).

What does Manager Corporate Affairs do?

·       Proactive agenda-based engagements with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials from provincial and federal department(s), law enforcement agencies, PTA Zonal Official(s) and others Government Authorities to build and maintain strong working relationships that support business continuity, operational effectiveness and organizational objectives.

·       Maintain close coordination and liaison with cross functional teams in the Sindh Province to help and achieve their objectives by resolving operational hurdles through effective management of government relations and stakeholder engagements.

·       Proactive and close coordination with Zonal PTA office(s) in the Sindh Province to effectively address and ensure timely handling of enforcement issues and resolution of network-related complaints, Quality of Service surveys, Facilitation of consumer related complaints and rapid elimination of sources of external interference in JazzWorld in coordination with internal teams and departments.

·       Support to Cross Functional team(s) i.e. B2G, Jazz Cash and other teams for new business opportunities and resolving operational hurdles through stakeholder engagements.

·       Ensuring that all compliance approvals are maintained, and fully aligned with Company’s policies, the code of conduct, and all relevant rules and regulations. 

·       Engagements with stakeholders related to external communications and corporate reputation building.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs-Sindh?

• Relevant experience of 8+ years is required.
•  Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and dealing exposure with government agencies, law enforcement agencies, cantonment boards, PTA Zonal Office (s) and other provincial and federal authorities.
