Minimum of 5 years of experience under sales and/or business development role.
Self-starter, willing to learn and act fast, and with obsession about the customer. 
Deep understanding of the customer and merchant needs, as well as being abreast with relevant industry trends.
Cross-functional leadership - Have the credibility and integrity to influence people within the organization; able to guide/coach Account Managers to achieve a consistent high level of performance.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Outstanding presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience in managing multiple accounts across different industries, particularly retail.
Outstanding customer service and ability to multi-task to meet launch dates and deadlines.
Strong business acumen is a plus.
Proficiency in basic MS Office, Google Apps
Experience in FMCG, BNPL, consumer financing, or banking industry is a plus but not required.
