What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Maintenance Technician

• Drives Results: You take initiative, stay engaged, and contribute to the team’s success in a busy environment where execution matters.
• Experience : Prior experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical work required
 

What You Will Do in the Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the venue by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and fully operational so Players can focus on having fun.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on facility equipment while monitoring and restocking facility supplies and materials.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and workspaces and respond to facility-related requests from fellow playmakers.
  Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Conduct safety checks, report hazards or issues, and support facility security measures and access control.
• Commitment to Topgolf’s Core Values: Live the Topgolf values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real, this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day
• Active Tasks: Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities—bring a can-do attitude!
• Endurance: Keep up with a popular environment while maintaining high standards
