• Three to five years’ experience in skilled or semi-skilled maintenance required• Electrical knowledge / training and electrical machine repair preferred
• Familiarity with CNC machinery (Okuma, Fanuc, Siemens) is preferred
Job Description:
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as equipment installation
- Duties would include, but not limited to, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabrication
- Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude is required
- Must be dependable and safety oriented
- Knows and understands Quality System requirements
- Must be flexible in working hours including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required
Required Skills and Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic skills: critical thinking, reading comprehension, electrical print reading, blue print reading, communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Complex problem solving skills: problem identification, information gathering, information organizing, idea generation, idea evaluation
- Technical skills: programming, troubleshooting, operation monitoring, testing
- Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance
- Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience
- Strong computer skills necessary
- Must be shift flexible
- Ability to work well with others
- Good attendance
- Negative pre-employment drug test
