SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up on maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality.Job Description
- Plan and perform maintenance activities for various facility systems (fire protection, heating, cooling, etc.),
- Support emergency maintenance activities and personally intervene when necessary,
- Prepare and maintain reports of completed maintenance activities in the system,
- Contribute to root cause analysis of recurring or critical failures,
- Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance activities,
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance processes,
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications
- Graduated from a Vocational High School, Technical High School, or Vocational School (Associate Degree) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in facility and machinery maintenance,
- Committed to occupational health and safety (HSEQ) awareness,
- Preferably possessing an intermediate level of English proficiency,
- Proficient in the effective use of MS Office,
- Residing in Gebze or on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
- Technical qualifications-requirements
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (LV systems).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
