• 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。
• 严格遵守公司的各项制度
• 主动学习设备设施的相关资料，熟悉设备设施相关信息，工作原理，维修维护等并通过技能考核；
• 按部门要求完成巡视检查工作，确保各设备工作区域准时巡检、各项仪表准确抄读记录、公共设备的正常运行、上报巡检中发现的异常问题；
• 了解公司内设备设施的工作原理，可独立处理保养工作并带领维修同事按工作计划完成设备设施保养工作；高质量按标准完成各项保养工作，并及时汇报保养中发现的问题；
• 独立解决公司内的设备设施故障（必须能独立解决100%生产设备故障问题），并带领维修同事完成设备设施维修工作。
• 设备设施的故障问题进行及时处理，跟踪维修结果，确保设备设施的功能及安全防护；
• 维修过的设备故障不重复出现，返修率≤2.
• 根据要求完成5S指标，如工具包及工具柜的整理、维修围栏内备件及设施设备的整理、巡检区域及设备间的整理等。
• 执行上级安排的各项工作安排，如设备设施类移位、安装、厂房类杂项及改进改善工作。
• 中专以上学历，机电专业                                                   
• 两年以上相关工作经验，具备一定的机电相关知识                                                       
• 持有初级以上机电类相关专业等级证书，具备国家相关部门颁发的高低压电工证
• PLC基础应用能力是必须的
• 具备一定的安全意识，质量意识
• 具备一定的沟通能力，分析能力，解决问题能力；有较强的学习能力；
• 服从工作安排，工作主动积极；工作细致耐心，较强的责任心及团队精神。
