Diese Rolle eignet sich am besten für Personen, die schon Erfahrung in der Logistik aus einem geregelten Umfeld (bevorzugt GMP) mitbringen und gerne in die Pharmawelt einsteigen möchten.

Arbeitszeiten: Montag-Freitag; Start zwischen 06:00-07:30 und danach täglich 8 Stunden (40 Stunden/Woche)

Das bringen Sie mit

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre zum Logistiker oder Laborant (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Berufserfahrung:

• Erste Erfahrung in der Logistik, insbesondere im Umgang mit Chemikalien oder sonstigen Gefahrgütern
• IT Kenntnisse (SAP, Excel, Outlook, MS Office, etc.)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise
• GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Überwachung und Ausführung der täglich anfallenden Logistikserviceaufgaben wie z.B.:

· Bewirtschaftung eines Point of Use / Point of Solvent

o Bestandskontrolle

o Bestellungen auslösen

o Warenentnahme/Warenannahme

o Lagerorte entsprechend Produktgrössen und Zugriffshäufigkeit optimieren

o Korrekte Erfassung und Weiterleitung der Daten

o Administration (Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Kunden)

o Ordnung und Sauberkeit

· Entsorgung von verschiedenen Abfällen gemäß Richtlinien, wie z.B. Glaswaren, Papier, Lösemittel, Chemische Abfälle (LENTSO), etc.

· Koordination mit anderen Dienstleistern (z.B. Reinigungsfirma für Laborkleidung, Geräte Service- und Reparaturen, Versand)

· Waschen von Glas- und Plastikwaren

· Mithelfen beim Erstellen von SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) für die verschiedenen Laborservicetätigkeiten.

· Strikte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften von Avantor und Kunden

· Umsetzung der durch Avantor geforderten Workflows (z.B. GEMBA Walks, ABS)
