For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical we are looking for a Logistics Analyst (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
Analyze and improve warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and related SAP processes, IT systems, and interfaces
Monitor and manage the performance of external warehouse providers (3PLs) through KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews
Analyze warehouse, service, and inventory-related KPIs, customer complaints, and operational trends, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to increase efficiency, quality, and service levels
Support logistics projects, including new processes, system enhancements, automation initiatives, customer requirements, and market expansions
Coordinate inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse flows across Europe in close collaboration with markets, customer service, and logistics providers
You Identify Yourself With
4-6 years of experience in warehousing, distribution center operations and/or 3PL management
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting and operational excellence principles
Strong SAP knowledge, ideally within the SD and MM modules, and experience supporting logistics and warehouse-related business processes.
Experience managing warehouse performance through KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience with SAP-to-3PL interfaces, IDocs, and cross-system data integration
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate operational data into actionable business improvements
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive change
Fluent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders
