Job Overview

We’re excited to launch a groundbreaking AAA game project - World of Tanks: HEAT - and are looking for a LiveOps Specialist to help bring engaging, high-quality content and features to our players. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and integrating in-game content and features, working directly with our tools and engine. You’ll help prepare, test, and deliver seasonal content while collaborating closely with the technical and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient live operations.

LiveOps Producer 

What will you do?

• Manage and configure LiveOps features directly in our engine, including the integration of Battle Pass rewards, setting up offers in the In-game Store, creating In-game News, and configuring Missions. 
• Manage customization integration in our engine, including configuration and settings. 
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful integration of content and features in our tools and engine. 
• Be the main point of contact for the LiveOps team when it comes to live changes and tooling improvements. 
• Maintain clear documentation for Live Ops tools, workflows, and processes. 
• Test and validate Live Ops features to improve operational efficiency and player engagement. 
• Coordinate the maintenance and release of new seasonal content. 
• Coordinate between Live Ops and Production teams to ensure smooth planning, implementation, and delivery of in-game content.

What are we looking for?

• Some hands-on experience with a game engine, with an understanding of how to navigate the engine and work with basic configurations, settings, or content integration.  

• A good understanding of LiveOps systems and a mindset focused on improving operational efficiency. 

• A strong interest in technical work and a willingness to work directly within the game engine. 

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Hybrid (4 days from the Nicosia office).
