Aufgabenbeschreibung

• Tagesaktuelle Erfassung und Pflege der Tourdaten in den Linehaul-Systemen (ROCS)
• Erstellung der Frachtpapiere sowie Übergabe an die Fahrer
• Durchführung von Fahrer-Briefings und Debriefings
• Beauftragung und Koordination von Sonderfahrten bei Transportdienstleistern
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten und kostenoptimierten Transportabwicklung
• Gewährleistung einer maximalen Tourenauslastung durch kontinuierliche Überwachung der Traffic Lanes
• Überwachung der pünktlichen Verfügbarkeit von Fahrzeugen und weiteren Ressourcen sowie proaktive Kommunikation und Unterstützung zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
• Steuerung der Bereitstellung von Trailern und Wechselbrücken in enger Abstimmung mit Warehouse Operations und den Shunterfahrern, um eine pünktliche Be- und Entladung sicherzustellen
• Überwachung der erbrachten Transportleistungen und Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Servicequalität
• Identifizierung und Bewertung von Abweichungen im Netzwerkplan (z. B. durch Wetterereignisse, Staus, Unfälle), Kommunikation der Auswirkungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung eines bestmöglichen Servicelevels

Ihre Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transport, Logistik oder Disposition von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse logistischer und operativer Transportprozesse
• Erfahrung mit Dispositions- oder Transportmanagementsystemen (z. B. ROCS) von Vorteil
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute geografische Kenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit auch in einem dynamischen operativen Umfeld
• Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten einschließlich Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit
