What you’ll bring:
As a Lead Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for accelerating profitable subscriber and revenue growth through enabling convergence by driving the right products and services to the right customer.
What you’ll do:
Product Enablement: Leverage network KPI's to provide insight on where to take smart risks to grow revenue for the business while applying critical strategic thinking and collaboration across various org decision makers. Once alignment is reached, this role communicates the strategy with product and then automates key pieces to improve data turnaround time.
Legacy Transformation: Drive the right product to the right customer by applying data analytics to anticipate network impact from wire center shutdown, eliminating reactive capital spend. The analytics of this role allow product transformation organizations to be confident where they push aggressive shutdown tactics to save the company millions in infrastructure support cost.
Data & Analytics Foundation: Understand the Data architecture and platforms on which various actual subscriber data reside to form a solid foundation to build AI on.
Executive Reporting & Insight: Deliver SVP- and CEO-ready visualizations and narratives (Tableau, Power BI AI Insights) that translate complex data into defensible capital-allocation direction. Mentorship & Multi-Year Program Influence: Mentor senior staff and advise on strategically sophisticated, multi-year projects.
What you’ll need:
Required Experience:
5+ years of related experience in area of professional responsibility
Certification is required in some areas.
Desired Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
