This Lead Product Marketing Manager owns the marketing strategy and client-facing narrative for our largest audience by count: solo agents and small team operators. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, market intelligence, and revenue growth, this role brings the voice of solo agents and small teams into every commercial and product decision. You will define the audience and messaging for this segment, orchestrate launches, and build the marketing programs that support new bookings and expansion revenue across the solo and small-team portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Market Intelligence: Own the voice-of-client feedback loop for solo agents and small teams; track competitive dynamics, conduct audience research, and maintain up-to-date market sizing for this segment. Translate insights into actionable strategy for the client org.
- Messaging & Narrative: Develop and maintain segment-specific brand positioning, portfolio messaging, and product narratives. Author case studies that articulate client value for solo operators and small team leads.
- Brand Governance: Be the authority on brand naming conventions and messaging hierarchies for products and programs serving this segment. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent client-facing messaging.
- Product Launch Strategy: Lead product launch strategy for all releases targeting solo and small-team clients. Support the product management team’s product development lifecycle, own the creative bill of materials, and coordinate cross-functionally across PM, demand generation, sales, and the Bureau.
- Pricing, Packaging & Offers: Partner with Analytics, PM, and Sales to develop and test pricing strategies tailored to solo/small-team economics. Translate segment-level packaging decisions into client-facing positioning that accelerates sales.
- Commercial Strategy: Contribute to the commercial hypothesis, test-and-learn framework, and eventual scaled strategy for CPL-based buyer lead products targeting solo and small clients.
How We Work: We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate technology or enterprise SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex product portfolios into clear, differentiated messaging for entrepreneurial and SMB audiences
- Experience owning end-to-end GTM launches: from positioning through creative briefing and campaign performance review
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable sizing market opportunity, reading performance data, and using insights to iterate
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; adept at aligning PM, sales, and creative partners around a shared strategy
- Familiarity with AI marketing workflows such as synthetic research and scaling content production is a plus; this team operates with a human-led, AI-empowered mindset
Who You Are:
- You think like an agent. You've studied the economics of a solo real estate practice and understand what motivates a one-person business to invest in marketing tools.
- You're equally comfortable crafting a punchy sales one-pager and presenting a segment strategy to senior leadership.
- You operate with urgency and structure — you define the brief, you manage the timeline, and you raise the flag early when something's at risk.
- You also know when to lead and when to commit to another leader’s decision.
