JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:*

• Lead and manage strategic partnerships with national and regional chain pharmacies across Taiwan.
• Supervise and coach Key Account Sales Executives responsible for headquarter-level engagement with key pharmacy accounts.
• Collaborate closely with District Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution of trade activities at the store level.
• Act as the key liaison between Trade Marketing and Sales to co-develop tailored promotional programs for each account.
• Own the annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with key accounts, aligning internal and external stakeholders on shared goals and execution plans.

Skills & Experience Required:*

• Minimum 5 years strong sales track record including minimum 3 years of DSM experience with success.
• Proven track record of managing chain pharmacy accounts in Taiwan.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and store visits as needed.
