Ihre Aufgaben:
- Menü- und Speisenkartengestaltung
- Vor- und Zubereitung von Bankettmenüs sowie sämtlicher kalter und warmer Speisen im Tagesgeschäft
- Durchführung von Cateringveranstaltungen
- Ein- bzw. Unterweisung der Aushilfskräfte und unserer Auszubildenden
- Sicherstellen der Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Arbeitsbereiches
- Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Erfahrung im á la carte
- Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von Fleisch ist ein Plus
- Führungserfahrung
- Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Schichtarbeit
- Strukturiertes und Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
