Purpose and Objectives for the Role
The Junior Brand Manager will play a key role in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial performance across the Big Ticket portfolio.
Working within a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team, the role supports the Brand Manager in bringing monthly campaigns, new product launches, promotions and wider brand initiatives (CSR, Partnerships etc.) to market. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Creative, CRM, Digital, Social, Commercial, Operations and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a commercially minded marketer who combines creativity with strong project management, analytical thinking and who is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Overall Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Support the execution of the annual brand and marketing strategy.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, look & feel and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Ensure all communications align with refreshed brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated Monthly marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets across all channels including Digital, Social media, CRM, Retail, PR, Influencers, Partnerships, and events activation.
- Review campaign content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards and broader industry regulations (internal GCC and external GCGRA).
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
- Support on broader campaign work across Brand Equity, CSR and NPD workstreams.
- Performance & Insights
- Monitor campaign KPIs and drive campaign effectiveness leveraging AI tools such as DragonFly & Echometrics to support decision making.
- Produce campaign performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop strong working relationships internally with Creative, Digital, CRM, broader Commercial, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- Develop strong relationships and coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and production suppliers.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
- Content & Customer Experience
- Contribute ideas for compelling campaigns and additional customer engagement initiatives.
- Review on-going marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support on delivery of exceptional customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with internal governance processes and applicable gaming and promotional regulations.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure marketing communications are accurate, responsible and approved before launch.
- Budget & Administration
- Support in managing campaign budgets, lead on supplier onboarding, purchase orders and invoice management where required.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and campaign documentation.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and experience working across Paid Media, Social Media, CRM and through the line campaign management.
- Experience of agency management and cross-functional team leadership
- Comfortable using PowerPoint to create high quality presentations and analysing data using Excel / analytics platforms.
- Experience using project management tools is advantageous.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, cross-functional, commercially driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead projects independently and bring together and align stakeholders (both internally & externally)
- Strong organisational, time management, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

- Maintain and organise all Campaign briefs, decks, final assets and approvals.
- Ensure marketing assets are accurately stored, version controlled and accessible via shared folders / asset storage systems.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Int’l Business or Business Management
