Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Support Technician located in Łódź, Poland.

Reporting to the IT Leader, the IT Support Technician role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, ensuring a high level of service for internal customers while supporting daily IT operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and office application issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Deploy software, patches, updates, and system images in line with company standards.
• Set up and support printers, scanners, and other workplace technology solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, collaborating with local and global IT teams when needed.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality and company standards.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Secondary education, preferably with further technical education or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in Polish is required for this role and basic English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Android, and iOS environments would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
• Possess a driving licence and have willingness to travel between sites in Lodz and Wola Rakowa
