About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity: IT Security Analyst
As IT Security Analyst at myTomorrows, you are responsible for the day to day administration and execution of our security, IT and data governance work. This includes managing access and identity across our critical systems like Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) and Atlassian, owning SharePoint structure and permissions, executing the data governance policies set by the Head of Security, Information and Data Governance, and closing out security findings on a clear schedule. You will also review our current IT vendor relationships, and help define what should be brought in house over time.
This is an execution focused role, turning security and governance direction into daily practice.

Execute the data governance policy, including the glossary, rules and access policy, set by the Head of Security, Information and Data Governance
Own the remediation schedule for security findings from our compliance and vulnerability tooling
Lead the review of our IT vendor relationships and propose an in house ownership plan
Flag clearly when unclarity and gaps are present, instead of working around them
Work with both technical and non technical stakeholders across the company
What you bring to the table:
0 to 3 years of experience in IT administration or security operations
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Comfortable owning day to day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra and SharePoint
Able to execute a security and data governance roadmap set by someone else
Comfortable reviewing vendor relationships and proposing practical next steps
Good communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Familiarity with vulnerability or GRC platforms
Exposure to an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit
Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare or fintech
