IT Manager – Enterprise Applications Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior leader to own Enterprise Applications Service Delivery and strengthen how we operate, stabilize, and continuously improve critical business platforms.

This role is central to building long-term confidence in enterprise technology through structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution.

Your tasks:

• Ensure predictable and stable operations across Enterprise Applications.

• Bring discipline and transparency to demand intake and prioritization.

• Reduce recurring operational noise through structured root cause management.

• Establish meaningful KPIs that provide clear visibility and accountability.

• Ensure professional, confident communication with business stakeholders.

• Own operational readiness and transition from project delivery into steady-state support.

• Shape a mature Regional Support Model aligned with enterprise standards.

• Contribute to enterprise-level decision-making as part of the EnSite leadership team.

Your Profile:

• Senior leadership experience in complex ERP or enterprise application environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• A structured and disciplined approach to operational excellence.

• Experience in demand management and service governance.

• The ability to create clarity in complex, matrixed environments.

• Calm, thoughtful judgment under pressure.

• Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management skills.

• A mindset focused on long-term sustainability rather than short-term heroics.
