We are looking for an experienced and hands-onย IT Infrastructure Managerย to oversee the organisationโs technology infrastructure, IT operations, systems, hardware, software, network, and end-user support.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT infrastructure and support functions, ensuring high availability, security, reliability, and performance of critical IT systems. The role also involves leading IT support teams, managing vendors, driving infrastructure improvements, and ensuring that technology services effectively support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintainย IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and related systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of critical IT infrastructure.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, expansions, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventories and coordinate procurement, repairs, replacements, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Manage operating systems, enterprise applications, software installations, updates, patches, and licensing compliance.
- Provide IT support forย ERP, CRM, business applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Establish and monitor IT support processes, service levels, incident management, and resolution timelines.
- Lead and mentor IT support and infrastructure teams, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Monitor network performance, connectivity, availability, and security across the organisation.
- Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, endpoint security, and data-protection practices.
- Oversee backup processes, business continuity measures, andย disaster recovery plans.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external support partners.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate service agreements, and ensure cost-effective procurement and service delivery.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand technology requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
- Maintainย IT policies, SOPs, system documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.
- Prepare regular reports covering infrastructure performance, incidents, service levels, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT operations through automation, standardisation, monitoring, and process optimisation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with at leastย 2โ3 years in an IT infrastructure or managerial capacity.
- Bachelor's degree inย Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, hardware, and software management.
- Good understanding ofย servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
- Experience managing IT support teams and establishing effective support processes and SLAs.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical understanding ofย network security, firewalls, antivirus, access management, backups, and disaster recovery.
