Summary of Role:
The IT Enablement leader is responsible for driving strategic alignment between business priorities and GFIT investments through robust portfolio governance, demand management, business relationship management, and outcome-focused delivery models.
This leader serves as the primary steward of the IT investment portfolio, ensuring technology initiatives are prioritized, governed, funded, and executed to deliver measurable business value. The role acts as a trusted partner to business leadership, enabling transparency, accountability, and value realization across the enterprise while strengthening GFIT's position as a strategic business partner. The office includes Portfolio Management, Business Relationship Management (BRM), Demand Management, Project Management Office and Continual Service Improvement
Essential Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Strategic Planning
- Lead the GFIT Portfolio Governance framework.
- Govern the intake, prioritization, funding, and lifecycle management of all significant GFIT investments.
- Ensure alignment between business demand, IT capacity, strategic priorities, and funding constraints.
- Lead executive portfolio review forums and governance boards.
- Drive investment decisions based on business value, risk, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
- Provide transparency into portfolio performance, delivery health, dependency management, and value realization.
Business Relationship Management & Partnered Outcome Delivery (POD)
Lead the Business Relationship Management organization as the primary engagement model between GFIT and business functions. The BRM team is accountable for understanding business strategy, shaping technology demand, and ensuring successful realization of desired business outcomes.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Key POD Responsibilities
- Institutionalize the Partnered Outcome Delivery (POD) operating model across GFIT and business functions.
- Establish shared accountability between IT and business stakeholders for achieving measurable business outcomes rather than simply delivering projects.
- Facilitate outcome-based planning and prioritization processes.
- Ensure demand, funding, delivery, and benefits realization are managed through aligned business and IT partnerships.
- Drive value realization reviews and outcome tracking for strategic initiatives.
- Improve executive engagement and stakeholder satisfaction through proactive partnership and transparent governance.
- Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration among Business, Solution Delivery, Architecture, Data & AI, and Operations teams.
- Promote a product and outcome-centric mindset across GFIT.
Demand Management & Investment Governance
- Own the demand management framework from idea intake through approval and portfolio integration.
- Establish prioritization mechanisms and decision frameworks.
- Facilitate trade-off discussions across competing business priorities.
- Partner with Finance and Solution Delivery organizations on investment planning and forecasting.
- Govern annual planning cycles and in-year portfolio adjustments.
- Maintain transparency into demand pipelines, capacity constraints, and funding allocations.
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Establish portfolio management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
- Ensure consistent reporting, risk management, dependency management, and executive communications.
- Maintain visibility into portfolio health, milestones, benefits realization, and delivery performance.
- Standardize portfolio reporting and metrics across GFIT initiatives.
Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- Lead enterprise service improvement initiatives across GFIT Operations.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks and service improvement roadmaps.
- Analyze operational metrics, customer feedback, incidents, and service trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and operational maturity programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Preferred Experience
- 15+ years of leadership experience in IT portfolio management, business relationship management, strategy, governance, or technology transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise PMOs, governance functions, or business engagement organizations.
- Experience implementing product-centric, value stream, or outcome-based operating models.
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience in large global enterprises.
Expected Salary Range
$130,000.00 - $227,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
