  • Coordinate, schedule, and complete the daily Cycle Count Program, including recounts, result validation, and documentation maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions when performance targets are not achieved.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
  • Review inventory transactions, adjustments, and material movements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Monitor released, unreleased, blocked, quarantine, expired, and obsolete inventory to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Ensure FIFO inventory practices are consistently followed throughout warehouse operations.
  • Support receiving, storage, staging, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement activities as needed.
  • Assist with physical inventories, annual inventory counts, and warehouse support during periods of increased workload.
  • Use ERP and warehouse management systems, including JD Edwards (JDE), RF scanners, GME, and C3ME, to manage inventory transactions and records.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, inventory control procedures, and ALCOA data integrity principles.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready inventory documentation.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse Operations teams to resolve inventory issues and support continuous operations.
  • Monitor and report key inventory metrics including inventory accuracy, cycle count completion, inventory variances, transaction accuracy, inventory integrity, and inventory aging.
  • Participate in Lean, Operational Excellence, and 6S initiatives to improve processes and eliminate recurring inventory discrepancies.
  • Train warehouse personnel on inventory control procedures and cycle counting.
