The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland.

We are looking for a motivated and curious Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate who is interested in building a career in Quality Control with focus on Compliance within a GMP- and ISO- regulated environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly on the laboratory floor, partnering with different QCII laboratories to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and data integrity initiatives.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in Quality Control operations while contributing to projects that directly support GMP compliance, audit readiness, process improvement, and laboratory excellence.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you'll do:

• Support QCII laboratories in maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, and Quality requirements.
• Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and timely closure of quality events.
• Partner with laboratory teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive and support  Data Integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and data management initiatives.
• Support 6S activities and help improve laboratory organization and operational excellence.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, and compliance programs.
• Contribute to training activities, GEMBA walks, and the promotion of a strong quality implementation across QC II.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Quality Control, Compliance, and regulated environments.
• Basic understanding of GMP regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and laboratory personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English German is mandatory
