What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.

• Help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and outbound outreach.

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Manage client relationships using our CRM system.

• Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training.

Who We're Looking For

• Sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Comfortable talking with new people and building lasting relationships.

• Coachable and eager to learn.

• Organized with strong time management skills.

• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one with our support.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
