This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Responsibilities:
Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.
Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics to identify trends, manage risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
Develops dashboards and operating cadences that improve activity execution, pipeline integrity, and forecast inputs.
Drives adoption of standardized sales processes, customer relationship management discipline, and digital or AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, productivity, and decision quality.
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align lead management, campaign follow-up, customer outreach, and issue resolution with commercial priorities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field required.
Certification in Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM), Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), 340B program fundamentals, or equivalent preferred.
