THE WORK:
You’ll manage daily procurement activities supporting construction projects from planning through execution.
You’ll create, process, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), requisitions, and other procurement documentation.
You’ll administer supplier contracts, change orders, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs/RFx, submittals, and related contractual documentation.
You’ll coordinate procurement activities for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and materials.
You’ll track supplier performance, monitor delivery schedules, and expedite critical equipment and materials to meet project milestones.
You’ll follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve procurement, contractual, and commercial issues.
You’ll support commercial evaluations, pricing comparisons, bid analysis, and cost assessments.
You’ll maintain accurate procurement and contract records and prepare procurement, commercial, and status reports.
You’ll ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, contractual requirements, and established processes.
You’ll collaborate with project managers, construction teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful project execution.
You’ll identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, supplier coordination, and contract administration processes.
You’ll report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
5–10 years of hands-on procurement, purchasing, or contract administration experience supporting construction projects
Experience managing Purchase Orders (POs), requisitions, supplier contracts, and procurement documentation
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial documentation
Experience administering RFIs, RFQs, RFPs/RFx, change orders, submittals, and supplier agreements
Experience purchasing and expediting major construction equipment and materials, including generators, HVAC equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and OFCI packages
Experience using ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms
Ability to monitor supplier performance, track deliveries, expedite critical items, and resolve procurement or commercial issues
Experience performing pricing analysis, commercial evaluations, benchmarking, and cost comparisons
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Data center or mission-critical construction project experience
Paralegal, contract review, or additional contract administration experience
