Job Description & Summary:

Data & BI (Core) · 7–10 years of Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report/dashboard design) · Experience in data warehousing and data modeling (dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization, schema design) · Practical experience building solutions with Power Apps · Experience automating workflows with Power Automate · Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and SQL AI & Emerging Tech · Good working exposure to Claude or similar LLM-based AI assistants — understanding capabilities, limitations, and practical applications · Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks for connecting AI models to external tools/data · Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional capacity (not just casual use) — e.g., building AI-assisted workflows, prompting for enterprise tasks, integrating AI into existing tools · A genuine curiosity for exploring how AI can be applied — both for personal productivity and at enterprise scale · Comfortable operating in ambiguity, since AI tooling and best practices are still evolving.
