Job Description & Summary: 

15–20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide Digital & AI Transformation initiatives, driving business innovation, strategic transformation, and organizational change. Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, define transformation roadmaps, deliver large-scale business outcomes, and build high-performing teams. Experience in consulting and client advisory engagements is highly desirable. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and drive enterprise Digital & AI Transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals. 
• Partner with CXOs and senior business leaders to identify transformation opportunities and define strategic roadmaps. 
• Drive innovation by enabling AI-led business transformation and digital adoption across functions. 
• Lead large-scale transformation programs, ensuring successful execution, governance, risk management, and value realization. 
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives. 
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new business processes and operating models. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, solutioning, client presentations, and executive discussions. 
• Define transformation KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor program success and business impact. 
• Stay informed on emerging industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational capabilities and client value. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation. 
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in complex enterprise environments. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and business decision-makers. 
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and business process transformation. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Experience leading and mentoring large, cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while delivering measurable business outcomes. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience in consulting or professional services organizations. 
• Exposure to AI-driven business transformation, digital operating models, or enterprise innovation initiatives. 
• Experience working with global clients across multiple industries. 
• Strong program governance and executive reporting capabilities. 
• Experience supporting business development, solution design, and client advisory engagements. 
• Ability to drive organizational transformation with a customer-centric and value-driven approach. 

Certifications Required: 

• Professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Strategy are preferred. 
• AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation certifications are an added advantage but not mandatory.

Education qualification: 

B.Tech / BE / MBA / Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
