About the Role:

Based in Singapore and working as part of a global HR team, we are seeking an exceptionally driven Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic & international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Support: Partners with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment in managing full end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent brand activities. Additionally, supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment operations.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Provide support in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires and support the exit processes for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and key events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, events, and other departmental tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.

Required Qualifications:

• Passionate about building a career in HR

• Relevant experience in a HR role or Talent Acquisition

• High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Possess excellent people engagement, verbal and written communication skills
