What You'll Do:

As our HR Manager, you will be a key leader in creating a positive and productive environment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building Our Team: You'll oversee all aspects of hiring, from attracting great talent to ensuring new employees feel welcome and get off to a strong start.
• Supporting Our People: You'll be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution, making sure everyone feels heard and supported. You'll also lead efforts to keep our team engaged and happy.
• Developing Our Talent: You'll manage our performance review processes and help identify opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills.
• Managing Compensation & Benefits: You'll oversee our pay structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and well-managed.
• Ensuring Compliance & Best Practices: You'll make sure our HR policies and procedures are fair, up-to-date, and follow all legal requirements.
• Strategic Partnership: You'll work closely with company leadership to align our HR efforts with our business goals and help us build a strong, effective organization.

Job Qualifications

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree. While a degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an asset, candidates with degrees in any other fields and relevant HR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Has been exposed to all aspects of Organization management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
