HR Services Team Coordinator

Your Opportunity, Your Team

You’ll guide and mentor a team of 2-3 TMS Specialists, coordinate daily priorities and drive quality, performance and on-time delivery. Alongside leading the team’s day-to-day work, you’ll bring your expertise to support teams and brands across the organization. 

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of 2-3 HR Services Specialists. 

• Monitor quality and performance, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs and project deadlines. 

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to team members. 

• Deliver Talent Management and Learning processes across QVC global organization  

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of contact. 

• Support the transition and implementation of new services and processes

• Drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive customer experience. 

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any of HR related area: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or a related field.

• Fluent English (min C1)

• Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience supporting process or service transitions

• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and confidence working in a global organization 

• Ability and willingness to work with HR Data

• Experience in team management would be a strong asset
