As this is a regional-facing role, fluency in both Thai and English is essential.

- Support end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and candidate coordination to offer and onboarding.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation and employee records.
- Administer employee benefits, leave and other day-to-day HR matters.
- Support employee engagement and other local People initiatives.
- Participate in regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare HR, payroll and headcount reports as required.
- Support day-to-day workplace coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
- Partner with the regional People team, local stakeholders and external vendors on HR matters.

- Hands-on experience with Thailand payroll and good knowledge of local labour and statutory requirements.
- Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and employee data.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment.
