For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the HR Administration Intern role.

Work arrangements:

Contract type: 6-month contract of mandate

Hybrid model work: 2 days per week from the office, during onboarding 3-4 days

Hours: 9:00-17:15 and 11:00-19:15, min. 30h per week
 

Purpose:

You will be working within the HR People Services (HRPS) team across Colchester and Warsaw to assist with the delivery of quality HR administration. You will also act as first point of contact for employees queries, many which relate to process or policy and escalate more complex questions as appropriate.

We are a team focusing on operational day to day support; Challenged to drive through improvements and drive efficiencies, whilst ensuring a consistent value add service to our customers and clients. We are a pragmatic team and have a mindset and remit to seek continuous improvement.

 

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

You will ideally have:

  • at least 1 year of experience in customer service in a professional environment

  • strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

  • a high level of attention to detail

  • a customer-focused mindset and a genuine willingness to help others

  • the confidence to use your initiative and raise issues when needed

  • advanced written and spoken English

  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook

  • HR Administration Query Resolution & Support

  • HR Administration Lifecycle

  • Support of onboarding process

  • Workday system maintenance

  • Supporting Team members
