Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field.

• Demonstrated commercial management experience with full profit and loss accountability.
• Excellent financial, strategic, and operational leadership capability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
