As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take on a key responsibility in providing customer feedback insight reports and accurate checks of recipe data to support production teams with weekly order fulfilment. You will analyze customer interactions, and present your findings to the production coordinators and supervisors, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Data cleaning of customer service error reports to ensure accuracy and correct categorisation
• Listen to, accurately identify and record customer issues in customer service calls
• Creates weekly and monthly performance reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: excel files, Tableau dashboard, google sheets
• Utilize menu planning applications to ensure correct recipe information
• Report any data issues to the team
• Keeps data updated in the different sources
• Performs intermediate database analysis in Google Sheets using pivot tables, charts, formulas
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

What you’ll bring

• Good command of English both oral and written
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk
• Preferable experience in error categorisation/cleaning in e-commerce or supply chain or related field
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools and spreadsheets (G Sheets, Excel, Office, Slides)
