As an HCM Integrations (OIC+HCM) - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional and technical standards. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer for application development and customization
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to deliver solutions within scope
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Applying strategic human resource planning to align client objectives with Oracle HCM capabilities
- Engaging in workforce analytics to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Supporting change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire team members

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle SQL Developer
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management implementations
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
