NİTELİKLER

• Önlisans / lisans  mezunu
• Hasar yönetimi alanında 2 yıl deneyimli
• Servis deneyimi olan, servislerle müzakere edebilecek
• Karar alma ve uygulama konusunda aktif
• Yedek parça / işçilik müzakereleri konusunda deneyimli
• Sigorta müfredatları konusunda bilgi sahibi
• Tercihen filo yönetimi veya sigorta şirketi deneyimli
• Tercihen tedarik parça sürecini bilen ve yönetebilecek
• Filo hasar yönetim sistemini kullanabilecek 
• Tercihen parça / işçilik katalog sistemini bilen.

GÖREV TANIMI 

• Hasar Departmanı tarafından belirlenen görev ve sorumluluklara uygun olarak hasar yönetimi faaliyetlerinin ilgili prosedürler çerçevesinde yürütülmesini sağlamak,
• Ayvens Türkiye filosunun onarım maliyetlerini yönetmek,
• Onarımı zamanında ve etkin bir şekilde karara bağlamak,
• Yüksek hasar süreçlerini takip etmek / Sigorta departmanı ile koordineli şekilde hareket etmek,
• İçinde bulunduğu süreçlerin gerektirdiği sorumluluklar kapsamında süreç iyileştirme aksiyonlarını yerine getirmek ve süreç hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek,
• Oluşan operasyonel kayıp durumlarını bildirmek.
