• This rare and exciting position of Guest Manager supports QVC UK. Reporting into the Senior Manager; Platform Talent and Sales, you will lead the planning, management and development of QVC's Guest strategy and day-to-day Guest operations

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Media and Commerce Center in Chiswick Park, West London, 3 days per week.

What You'll Do

• As Guest Manager you will ensure we attract, engage and support high-quality Guests who represent our brand values, meet business needs, that elevate the customer experience across live broadcasting, digital and social platforms.

• This role combines relationship leadership, talent judgement, operational excellence and commercial awareness.

• You will work cross-functionally with Buying, Production, Compliance, Editorial, Planning and the wider business stakeholders, to ensure Guest performance supports sales, brand reputation and long-term growth.

• As a senior level leader, you will be expected to deliver results through others, build strong partnerships, improve ways of working and contribute to broader business goals.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience sourcing, vetting, booking and briefing guests

• Ability to identify guests who are credible, camera-ready, brand-safe and commercially effective.

• Experience managing relationships with brands, vendors, agents/publicists, internal producers/presenters.

• Solid background in live TV, live social, livestream or broadcast production

• Ability to prepare guests for the realities of live production

• Strong ability to build bonds with people at varying levels

• Leadership skills in team management and coaching, workload prioritization, performance management, developing talent

• Excellent stakeholder management
