Job Description:

This position problem solves and conducts basic research into customer inquiries. This position uses best judgement to select the best course of action. This position works with both external and internal customers, and assists those customers with questions concerning their bill. This position prepares billing adjustments as needed.

What you’ll need

A university education and years of work experience are not essential here. You do need to prove you’ve spent at least one year in customer service, and experience using Microsoft Excel would be an advantage. However, we will provide you with four weeks of initial training on site, followed by a minimum of four weeks integrating you into the office team. Once you’re feeling confident enough to work on your own, you can then submit requests to work remotely until the hybrid work type model is established on the site.

Below are some details on the role available: 

• Working week  Monday – Friday Full time 40 hours 8am -16.30pm

• Location – Citywest Dublin 24

• Working model – Hybrid  1 week per month on site in Citywest office 

• & 3 weeks working from home in your Irish Location .(optional)

Training – is a 4 weeks classroom-based training group on site in Citywest followed by an additional 4 weeks working on site before the option of Hybrid working model . ( so could on site full time for the first 8 weeks)

Day-to-Day task would include

• 8am-11am – Customer calls in relation to billing issues with invoices.

• Calls – on calls log queries onto the system , in the afternoon you work on admin tasks and closing out queries and resolving them for customer.

• Work on the telephone and via email.

• Other billing tasks
