Job Description
OMPSC intends to recruit a self-motivated, energetic, results-minded and competent persons to fill the vacant position of Fund Administrator - Data Management (Fixed term). Tenable in Blantyre.
This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely updates of monthly pension fund contributions and premiums, providing guidance on the relevant administrative processes, and supporting their effective implementation.
Job Description
- Updating contributions and premiums for pension funds
- Responsible to keep the upload target to not less than 96%.
- Handling of any other financial transactions and office administrative issues assigned.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Responding to queries from clients.
- Maintaining Audit Files.
- Any assigned duties.
Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business Administration, Accounting and any related field.
