Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What You will do
Efficiently welcome and check in guests while delivering a warm and professional first impression. Verify reservations, confirm room preferences and rates, issue room keys, arrange luggage delivery, and ensure all guest requirements are met upon arrival.
Manage the check-out process by reviewing guest accounts, posting any outstanding charges, preparing accurate invoices, processing cash and credit card payments, collecting room keys, and ensuring guest satisfaction before departure.
Maintain and balance the assigned cash bank, process financial transactions including cash payments, check cashing, and foreign currency exchanges, and accurately reconcile all transactions and reports at the end of each shift.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Handle complaints professionally, accommodate special requests whenever possible, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the stay.
Operate hotel property management and reservation systems to manage guest records, room assignments, room blocking, and daily reports. Support reservation activities, process booking modifications and cancellations, answer telephone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and collaborate effectively with colleagues while complying with hotel policies and standards.
What You bring
One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
Good level of english and frensh
