As a France Payroll – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to support HR processes and systems, confirming smooth operations. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas will be crucial. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating HR service delivery and resolving employee inquiries in line with established protocols
- Navigating complex situations to support HR operations and maintain compliance with labor laws
- Utilizing HR software and metrics to enhance employee data management and reporting
- Developing strategies for employee engagement and relations to foster a positive work environment
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve HR processes and documentation
- Upholding professional standards and guidelines in all HR transactions and activities
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for HR service improvements
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts and HR needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in stakeholder communications and employee engagement strategies
- Managing complex HR service delivery and shared services
