Job Summary:

This FP&A Specialist role is providing support to the OU team. This includes managing the preparation short term (CMF) and long term (ABP) requirements and consolidation. You will also need to prepare related management reports for the Markets to evaluate performance/forecasts and be responsible to coordinate and consolidate financial forecasting information, ensuring that managerial financial reporting is performed, in time and in the formats required by corporate guidelines, facilitating managerial decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with FPCRA leadership and OU FBP and FD and in market FPCRA teams to prepare short (CMF) and long term (ABP) plans.

• Responsible for the coordination and modelling of the monthly Sales, Opex, A&P and Cash Flow forecast for OU/Clusters.

• Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models and Bison extract files to provide detailed forecasts for OU, Clusters and the key Markets.

• Compare forecasts against budgets and prior month forecasts and provide high level comments. Compare actual performance vs Plan and Forecast and provide high level comments.

• Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.

• Preparation of internal management reports for market leadership & support decision making.

• Support in creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market.

• Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests from Area / Markets e.g. trend analysis for a product type.

Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance, ACCA, CPA/ CIMA, MBA desirable.

• Good analytical skills and able to communicate effectively.

• Flexibility and ability to manage workload and be independent.

• Knowledge of digital tools, AI, SAP, or others is preferred.

• Communication and organization skills.

• Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English.

PLN 135,688.00 - PLN 186,571.00 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
