The FlexFund Support Representative is responsible for supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

What You Will Do As A FlexFund Support Representative

• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.

• Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.

• Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.

• Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.

• Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns

What You Will Bring As A FlexFund Support Representative

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred). 

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. 

• Effective multitasking and time management skills. 

• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.). 

• Experience working with global and/or US bUS-basedased business teams 

• Excellent written and communication skills in the English language 

• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

Monthly Salary: COP 2,400,000.00
