As a Firmware Engineering - Connected Physical Products and IOT - Senior Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions within our Operations Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of driving product development and manufacturing strategies, working closely with clients to deliver impactful results. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and strategic vision to guide large projects, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and communicating effectively to achieve project success.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative product strategies for connected physical products and IoT solutions
- Managing cross-functional teams to drive product ideation, development, and lifecycle management
- Utilizing advanced analytical thinking to conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis
- Overseeing the integration of emerging technologies into product development processes
- Guiding the application of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production efficiency
- Directing the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies to enhance product positioning and market penetration
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with business objectives and client needs
- Conducting manufacturing cost analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth management
- Promoting a culture of inclusion and teamwork to foster a high-performing and diverse team environment
- Validating compliance with industry standards and regulations within product development and manufacturing operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree/B-tech/M-Tech
- At least 12+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
