By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid setup, based in our Bucharest or Brasov office.

How you’ll make an impact:

Order to Cash:

• Manage customers’ expectations;

• Reconcile client’s accounts;

• Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits);

• Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required;

• Input notes on payment agreements, do daily follow-ups and reinstate accounts when payment is received.

Procure to Pay:

• Processing invoices; 

• Working in various applications (such as Oracle, SAP); 

• Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers; 

• Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum B2 level German and English language skills.

• You have between 1-2 years experience in a finance, accounts receivable, or collections role.

• You are a team-player, reliable and proactive.

• Good communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree may be needed
