Your impact:
You'll sit at the intersection of finance, data and technology, helping shape how the company understands its performance and makes strategic decisions.
Working closely with our Finance, Data and Management teams, you'll analyse portfolio performance, support IFRS 9 and ECL modelling, build powerful Power BI dashboards and automate reporting that influences decisions across the business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining financial thinking with technical problem-solving and wants to help build a highly data-driven finance function.
What you'll do:
- Analyse loan portfolio performance and key portfolio KPIs.
- Design and build insightful Power BI dashboards used by management and business teams.
- Bridge Finance and Data by translating business questions into analytical solutions.
- Develop automated reporting and improve reporting processes through technology.
- Extract, transform and analyse data using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling with data-driven insights.
- Monitor key business and portfolio metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to KPI framework development and performance reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business on analytical projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, data analysis or a similar analytical
- Knowledge of loan portfolios, credit risk or IFRS 9 / ECL concepts is a plus
- Good Power BI skills, including building dashboards and data models.
- SQL skills; Python or R experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex analyses in a simple and practical way.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluent English. Estonian is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work from our Tallinn office at least three days per week.

Gross salary range for this position is €4000–€4800 per month.
