The Financial Analyst is responsible for ownership of Global Multi National Clients (GMNC) booking attainment reporting, sales compensation administration, strategic incentive program management, and Salesforce bookings governance.

This role serves as the primary finance lead supporting the calculation and validation of GMNC sales attainment results, administration of strategic client incentive programs, and supporting the reconciliation of bookings across Salesforce, ERP systems, and regional finance reporting.  

The position provides critical governance over compensation calculations, incentive liabilities, bookings reporting, and executive performance metrics while acting as the primary liaison between GMNC Finance, Regional Finance teams, Accounting, Operations, Salesforce Enablement, Client Directors, and Enterprise Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

GMNC Booking Attainment Reporting & Sales Compensation Administration

Attainment Reporting & Consolidation

• Own the monthly and quarterly GMNC booking attainment reporting process.
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of booking performance results from regional finance organizations globally.
• Maintain attainment reporting for:
  • Senior Client Directors (SCDs)
  • Enterprise Architects (EAs)
  • Future GMNC sales resources
• Develop and maintain complex Excel-based attainment models and performance dashboards.

Global Booking Reconciliation

• Perform detailed reconciliations between:
  • Regional Order Intake Reports
  • SAP ERP Booking Reports
  • BI Reporting Dashboards
  • Salesforce Wins Reporting
• Research booking discrepancies, delayed bookings, missing purchase orders, account assignment issues, and transactional timing differences.
• Partner with regional finance leads to resolve reporting inconsistencies and maintain supporting documentation.

Global Finance Coordination

• Coordinate directly with regional finance and sales leaders across:
  • North America
  • APAC
  • EMEA
  • LATAM
  • IBIOL
• Obtain alternative reporting and supporting documentation from non-SAP countries, including portions of Latin America and Europe.
• Ensure complete and timely reporting to support payroll deadlines.

Compensation Governance

• Support monthly and quarterly commission calculations.
• Validate attainment results used for payroll processing.
• Review results with Senior Client Directors and Enterprise Architects.
• Maintain appropriate financial controls, governance standards, and audit documentation.

Process Improvement & Controls

• Develop reconciliation processes linking Salesforce Wins to ERP-recognized bookings.
• Identify automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with Salesforce Enablement and Operations teams to improve booking accuracy and reporting transparency.

Strategic Incentive Program Administration & Financial Governance

Program Ownership

Serve as the primary financial administrator for GMNC strategic incentive programs, including:

• Morgan Stanley Incentive Program
• Google Incentive Program
• Future Incentive / Fund Relief Program
• Other growth acceleration programs

Incentive Program Financial Management

• Maintain detailed tracking of all incentive program activity.
• Monitor client bookings generated under incentive agreements.
• Validate program qualification criteria and incentive calculations.
• Manage funding balances, credit utilization, and financial exposure analysis.

Regional & Country Reporting Coordination

• Track bookings across all countries and regions participating in incentive programs.
• Coordinate directly with regional finance teams and country leads.
• Validate qualifying transactions and ensure proper inclusion within program calculations.
• Maintain supporting audit trails and program documentation.

Liability Accrual Management

• Calculate monthly and quarterly incentive liabilities.
• Validate accruals maintained within regional financial statements.
• Coordinate with Regional Finance teams to ensure liabilities are accurately recorded and reported.
• Monitor future funding requirements and program exposure.

Accounting & Financial Reconciliation

• Partner with Accounting teams to reconcile:
  • Program liabilities
  • Client credits
  • Credit memos
  • Billing activity
  • Settlement transactions
• Ensure incentive obligations are accurately reflected within financial reporting.

Invoice & Credit Tracking

• Track customer invoicing activity associated with incentive programs.
• Monitor credits earned, credits utilized, and remaining balances.
• Maintain complete visibility into incentive program utilization and future obligations.

Salesforce Wins & Incentive-Adjusted Booking Governance

• Own the governance process ensuring Salesforce Wins accurately reflect the economic value of business after considering approved incentive programs.
• Validate that all Salesforce Wins associated with incentive agreements are reported net of applicable incentive credits, rebates, fund relief amounts, or contractual financial commitments.
• Develop and maintain a standardized methodology for calculating and reporting net wins and net bookings.

Reconciliation & Controls

• Reconcile: Salesforce Wins / ERP Bookings / Incentive Liabilities / Credits Issued
• Ensure incentive adjustments are reflected in: Attainment reporting Compensation calculations

Executive and leadership Reporting

• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting on:
  • Gross Wins / Incentive Adjustments /Net Bookings
  • Outstanding Incentive Liabilities / Program Utilization
  • Credits earned and utilized / Future funding exposure
