The purpose of this job is to help Regional B2C Channel Teams to drive profitable business growth through finance leadership. Key objective is to enable HQ operations and partner closely with Channel Heads to jointly support markets and regional business decisions with data driven analytics and insight. This is a key role in facilitating regional strategies and execution across all European markets to be implemented with excellence and in the best interests of the company.

The primary business interactions are the Regional Channel Heads, Cluster Heads, GTM, Finance. From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with the Cluster Business Finance, Business Operations and Global GTM Finance. From a commercial standpoint, you will work on financial strategies and provide guidance in the rapidly evolving consumer electronics industry and commercial trade partners landscape.

• Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams in making financially sound decisions and driving profitable growth 
• Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls, set targets, develop spending guidelines and tracking progress
• Facilitate forecasting process through preparation of channel strategy, guidelines, and bottom-up customer planning
• Facilitate cluster executional planning and budget appropriation in line with the Product Category / Channel strategy
• Coordinate Finance Team efforts in assisting clusters to achieve set targets through actionable analytics
• Provide thoughtful advice on Top Accounts performance, activity pipeline evaluation, investment optimization
• Supervise customer on-boarding and de-boarding process from the Finance side 

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

• FP&A experience of 7-10 years, in international environment like FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry
• Expert XL user, familiar with ESSbase and Oracle
• University Degree
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context
• Capable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls
• Used to working in matrix / functional structure and multicultural environment
• At ease in communication with management.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary typically between €80,900 and €106,500 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and business needs.

Additional benefits are provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable country policies.
