The Finance Experienced Professional – Accounting Operations supports the effective execution of global accounting and reporting activities by ensuring financial compliance, robust internal controls, and process excellence. This role collaborates closely with process leaders, controllership teams, treasury, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting while continuously improving accounting operations and reporting processes.

As a Finance Experienced Professional – Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate and coordinate with various process heads, functions and business team to ensure monthly and quarterly financials are prepared in accordance with US-GAAP.

• Ensure adequate reporting controls are performed as required by company’s internal control procedures. This may require posting manual journal entries in ERP, HFM, CFIN or other systems as necessary.

• Spearhead process initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce time spent for reporting processes.

• Ensure tracking and timely completion of assign task in Reconsmart or other applications.

• Ensure assigned accounts are prepared in accordance with approved Account Write Up for those accounts.

• Ensure specific regulatory compliance in assigned countries and region.

• Support segment controllership and treasury team on analysis of foreign currency movements and take appropriate actions to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Perform other closing and reporting task as may assign by the team lead.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of Finance experience.

• Have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Have the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations.​‌
